Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other lead-generation channels.
• Research and identify potential B2B clients, qualify leads, and understand their business requirements.
• Conduct discovery, requirement-gathering, service demonstration, and presentation calls.
• Build prospect relationships, prepare proposals, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Handle objections, negotiate commercials, and manage the full sales cycle through closure.
• Maintain the sales pipeline, follow up with prospects, convert qualified opportunities, and meet sales targets.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or IT sales.
• Hands-on lead generation and cold-calling experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience handling client or demonstration calls.
• Strong requirement-gathering, consultative selling, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Proven deal-closing ability, strong follow-up and relationship-management skills, and the ability to work independently toward sales targets.

Preferred Experience

• Experience selling IT services, website development, web applications, mobile applications, software solutions, or digital marketing services is advantageous.
