From stage backdrops to immersive installations, our LED screens, sound, and video systems bring the creative vision of corporate events, product launches, exhibitions, concerts, and public activations to life across the Kingdom.
We're now looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive growth across our event AV solutions in Saudi Arabia.
📍 Location: Saudi Arabia (Riyadh / Jeddah / Dammam)

About The Role
You'll own the full sales cycle — generating new business, building client relationships, and closing deals for high-impact event AV: indoor/outdoor LED walls, projection, media servers, video systems, and integrated sound and lighting setups.
You'll be the commercial face of Genfocus AV to event organizers, agencies, corporates, and public-sector clients.
What You'Ll Do
✅ Identify and win new business across event AV — LED screens, video, sound, and full-show solutions
✅ Build relationships with event agencies, production houses, corporates, exhibitions, and government clients
✅ Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical-commercial offers; negotiate and close
✅ Pursue opportunities tied to corporate events, product launches, exhibition booths, concerts, and public activations
✅ Work with technical and production teams to match solutions to each event's creative and technical needs
✅ Track market trends across KSA's fast-growing events and entertainment sector (Vision 2030, giga-projects, major events)
✅ Meet and exceed revenue and pipeline targets
What You Bring
🔹 3+ years in business development / sales — events, AV, LED, production, or rental industry strongly preferred
🔹 Familiarity with event AV technology: LED walls (various pixel pitches), curved/modular LED, projection, media servers, video switching, and multi-screen setups is a major plus
🔹 Proven track record of hitting sales targets
🔹 Strong network within KSA's events, corporate, agency, or government sectors
🔹 Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English required; Arabic a strong advantage)
🔹 Valid Saudi driving license preferred; transferable Iqama for candidates already in KSA
