Business Development Senior Specialist

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities across Saudi Arabia.
• Sell KYC, KYE, employment background screening, due diligence, and third-party risk management solutions.
• Build relationships with Compliance, Risk, HR, Procurement, and C-level managers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature.
• Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial proposals.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Compliance, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of successful B2B business development or sales experience within Saudi Arabia.
• Proven service-sales experience with financial institutions, multinational corporations, luxury brands, technology companies, or regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of KYC/AML, background screening, due diligence, risk management, and compliance solutions.
• An existing network within finance, IT, or luxury is mandatory.
• Experience selling SaaS, RegTech, compliance technology, or digital platforms is a strong advantage.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Candidates must already live in Saudi Arabia; no relocation package is provided.
