Role overview
Tag It Agency is building a sales team to develop partnerships with established businesses across the UAE and GCC.
The agency provides social media and creative marketing services to clients in real estate, F&B, hospitality, healthcare, beauty, and retail.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to mid-to-large companies across the UAE and GCC.
- Build relationships with business owners, marketing managers, and decision-makers.
- Pitch social media management, content creation, paid ads, influencer campaigns, and video production.
- Work with the team on proposals and close deals.
Candidate requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience; experience in marketing, advertising, or media is preferred.
- A UAE business-community network is a plus.
- Arabic and English communication skills are a strong advantage.
- Be self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with performance-based compensation.
Compensation
- Earn 20% recurring monthly commission for each client brought in, paid while the client remains with the agency.
- A fixed monthly salary becomes available after reaching a set monthly revenue target, in addition to commissions.
