Business Development & Sales Executive
to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- **Lead Generation:**
- Acquire new clients and drive sales growth for the agency.
- **Strategic Partnerships:**
- Build and maintain strong, long-term strategic relationships.
- **Deal Closing:**
- Negotiate and successfully close project contracts.
Work Nature (Hybrid: Field + Office)
- **In the Field:**
- Conducting site visits, meeting decision-makers face-to-face, and unlocking new sales opportunities.
- **In the Office:**
- Analyzing client needs, crafting professional business proposals/quotations, and closing deals.
Required Skills & Capabilities
- **Dynamic & Field-Oriented:**
- A proactive personality with strong persuasion skills and the ability to build direct corporate relationships.
- **Proposal Mastery:**
- Exceptional skills in writing and structuring winning marketing proposals and financial quotes.
- **Industry Knowledge:**
- Deep understanding of branding, marketing strategies, and digital marketing services.
