Role overview
Seeking an experienced Business Development / Sales Executive for export road transportation and cross-border road freight.
The role focuses on developing new customers and growing the transportation business.
Responsibilities
- Develop customers for export road transportation and cross-border trucking through direct sales, networking, market research, and customer visits.
- Build relationships with shippers, exporters, manufacturers, traders, and logistics companies; identify new export lanes and opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, close profitable deals, and achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Develop existing accounts, increase shipment volumes, and maintain healthy profit margins.
- Coordinate with operations to support smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market rates and competitor activity; maintain the sales pipeline and submit regular business development reports.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant export road transportation or cross-border trucking sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of export road freight, rates, routes, and customer requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills; ability to independently generate new business.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on revenue and profitability.
- An existing road freight/export transportation customer network is highly preferred.
- UAE/GCC market experience is an advantage; a valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.

Compensation
- AED 3,000–6,000 per month.
