We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven **Business Development & Sales Executive** with hands‑on experience in **event management**.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and supporting end‑to‑end event execution.

Key Responsibilities
- **Client Acquisition** — Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities across corporate, social, and experiential event segments.
- **Sales Strategy** — Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- **Event Coordination** — Collaborate with internal teams to plan, organize, and execute events from concept to completion.
- **Proposal Development** — Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and quotations for clients.
- **Relationship Management** — Maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
- **Market Research** — Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.
- **Lead Management** — Track, follow up, and convert leads using CRM tools.
- **On‑site Event Support** — Oversee event execution to ensure client satisfaction and smooth operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· **Event Management Experience** — Minimum 2–4 years in event planning, coordination, or production.
· **Sales & BD Expertise** — Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work under pressure.
· Knowledge of event vendors, venues, and industry trends.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.
