The Opportunity
Nuummite is building its KSA commercial engine, and pipeline is the fuel.
We’re hiring a hungry, high-activity BDR to open doors — generate qualified opportunities, re-activate dormant accounts, and book meetings that turn into real enterprise deals.
This role is the front line of growth.
You won’t close deals yet — you’ll create the pipeline that closers convert.
Do it well, and the path to Account Executive is direct and earned.
What You Will Own
- **Outbound prospecting:**
- daily outreach via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and social selling to target accounts
- **Lead qualification:**
- qualify inbound and outbound leads against clear criteria and hand off sales-ready opportunities to Account Executives
- **Meeting generation:**
- book qualified discovery meetings for the closing team and hit weekly/monthly activity and meeting targets
- **Account reactivation & pipeline mining:**
- revive dormant accounts, stalled opportunities, and historical pipeline left on the table
- **Account mapping & research:**
- identify decision-makers, map stakeholders, and build target account lists
- **CRM discipline:**
- log every activity, keep data clean, and maintain accurate pipeline hygiene
- **Growth track:**
- consistent target attainment opens the path toward an Account Executive role

- You’re hungry, high-energy, and comfortable with high-volume outreach
- You’re coachable, fast-learning, and resilient with rejection
- You’re organized and disciplined with follow-up
- You’re early in your sales career and want to level up fast
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Arabic + English (professional level minimum)
- 1–3 years in a sales, business development, or outbound prospecting role (SDR/BDR experience preferred)
- Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) and high activity volume
- Some exposure to the Saudi market (KSA) and its business culture
- Organized, with disciplined follow-up and CRM habits
- Based in Riyadh (or willing to relocate)
- Experience range: 1–3 years
Plus (Nice To Have)
- Experience prospecting into enterprise or complex B2B accounts
- Familiarity with services, consulting, or software (SaaS) sales environments
Compensation
- Competitive base salary + performance-based commissions tied to qualified meetings and pipeline generated
