Business Development Representative (Home Care)

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to drive the growth of our agency by developing strategic referral partnerships throughout South Florida.

This is a relationship-focused sales role. Success isn't measured by cold calls alone—it's built through trust, consistency, and becoming a reliable resource for healthcare professionals and families.

Develop and manage referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, senior communities, and case managers

Generate new client referrals through networking and community outreach

Schedule and conduct in-person meetings and presentations

Represent Care Connect at Home at community events and networking opportunities

Maintain an organized pipeline of referral sources

Collaborate with leadership to develop growth strategies
