We help fintech lenders, neobanks, and platforms across MENA launch and scale credit products in days rather than months.
We're backed by Prosus, VentureSouq, Dash Ventures, and Sanabil 500, and we already power credit decisioning for companies like Foodics, Alterna, and Crediblex.
Now we're building the sales engine to match the product, and this is one of the first seats on that team.
The Role
You'll be the first point of contact for most of our future customers.
Working closely with our sales lead and CEO, you'll run outbound across LinkedIn, email, and phone to book qualified meetings with decision-makers at lenders, banks, and platforms around the GCC.
Expect a lot of activity, a lot of learning, and a real path toward closing your own deals.
What you'll do
- Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Crunchbase
- Run personalised LinkedIn outreach: connection requests, follow-ups, and messages that lead with value
- Send email sequences and keep your deliverability healthy
- Call warmed contacts, qualify their interest, and book meetings for the sales team (your job is the meeting, not the sale)
- Enrich and verify contact data, and keep the CRM tidy
- Watch for buying signals like funding rounds, expansion news, or key hires, and prioritise accordingly
- Bring objections and learnings back to the team so we can sharpen how we sell
- What we're looking for
- 0 to 2 years in sales, BDR/SDR, or another customer-facing role. Recent grads with real drive are welcome
- Based in Dubai, or willing to move there, and eligible to work in the UAE
- Comfortable on the phone and not afraid to reach out to senior people cold
- Strong written English. Arabic is a plus
- Organised, self-motivated, and thick-skinned. You treat a "no" as information, not rejection
- Curious about fintech, lending, or B2B software. You don't have to be an expert, but you should want to learn
- Nice to have
- Experience with outbound tools like
Smartlead
- Some exposure to the GCC fintech or financial services scene
