  • You have:
  • Sales and/or Metrics Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a metrics driven role (retail, hospitality, SDR or outbound sales are all encouraged to apply)
  • Go-Getter Attitude: Eager to build rapport with prospective clients, call and drop-in to achieve goals.
  • Resilience: You know it takes some “no’s “ to get to a yes
  • Tech Savviness: Proficient in MS Word, and Outlook, and quick to learn new software.
  • Communication Pro: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with decision-makers.

You enjoy the challenge of getting someone’s attention, finding the right approach, and creating an opportunity where one didn’t exist before. You’re comfortable picking up the phone, walking into a business, trying something different when the first approach doesn’t work, and staying focused on the end goal.

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Location: Elgin, Bolingbrook or Aurora (Onsite) with travel to local clients and meetings
  • Pay: $27.00-$29.00 per hour + monthly bonus opportunities. Target Average Annual Earnings: Approximately $70,000
