We are seeking a dynamic, charismatic, and growth-minded **Business Development Receptionist** to join our exclusive ladies-only fitness and beauty sanctuary.
In this role, you are the face of our brand and a key driver of our business growth.
You will balance traditional front-desk hospitality with proactive sales—welcoming clients, managing bookings, and actively converting inquiries into studio memberships and salon packages.
Key Responsibilities
- **Client Hospitality:** Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a premium, comfortable experience consistent with our ladies-only environment.
- **Business Development & Sales:** Drive revenue by promoting group fitness memberships, packages, and beauty salon services to both new and existing clients.
- **Inquiry Conversion:** Proactively follow up on leads, answer phone/social media inquiries, and convert walk-ins into loyal clients.
- **Booking & Schedule Management:** Efficiently manage the appointment software for both the fitness studio (group classes) and the beauty salon services.
- **Operations Support:** Handle check-ins, process payments, and maintain a pristine, organized front-desk area.
Requirements & Qualifications
- **Experience:** Proven experience in a reception, customer service, or front-of-house sales role (experience in the fitness, wellness, or beauty industry is a major plus).
- **Skills:** Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a natural knack for sales and upselling.
- **Attributes:** Highly organized, energetic, and passionate about the health, fitness, and beauty industry.
- **Tech-Savvy:** Comfortable using booking software, POS systems, and basic social media/messaging tools.
