Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development & Partnerships Executive role based in Dubai.
The individual in this role will identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across key sectors, from initial outreach through contract negotiation and closing.
They will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners, manage a pipeline of leads, and coordinate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and partnership structures.
Daily responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, preparing presentations and pitches, attending client and partner meetings, and tracking performance against sales and partnership targets.
The role also involves collaborating with marketing, product, and operations to ensure successful onboarding, account growth, and long-term partner satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with experience managing a sales pipeline and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
- Strong Business acumen, including understanding of commercial models, revenue drivers, and contract fundamentals.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in Account Management, including relationship building, cross-selling, and retention of key clients or partners.
- Experience in loyalty, fintech, travel, telecom, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Comfort working with CRM tools and basic analytics to track performance and inform decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
