Business Development Partner – Interior Design & Fit-Out (Commission Based)

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, site visits, and personal connections.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and business owners.
• Present interior design, fit-out, and project management services.
• Arrange and attend client meetings and site visits.
• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into awarded projects.
• Work with design and project teams to support client onboarding.
• Achieve targets based on project acquisition and closures.

Requirements

• Proven sales or business development experience.
• Experience in interior design, fit-out, construction, or real estate is preferred.
• A strong UAE market network is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial.
• A UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred.
• Able to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
