Job Summary
We are seeking a **dynamic and well-presented Female Business Development / Sales Executive** to join our growing renewable energy company in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have a strong **B2C sales background**, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Candidates with experience in **real estate sales or other B2C sales industries** are highly encouraged to apply.
This role involves promoting **renewable energy and solar solutions** to residential and commercial clients while contributing to business growth and sustainability initiatives.

Lebanese or Syrian
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for renewable energy solutions.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients.
- Understand customer energy needs and recommend suitable solar or renewable solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business development goals.
- Prepare sales proposals and follow up with clients to close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for project execution.
Requirements
- Female candidate.
- Preferred nationality: **Lebanese or Syrian**.
- Proven experience in **Real Estate sales or any B2C sales environment**.
- Strong **communication, negotiation, and presentation skills**.
- **Well-presented and professional personality**.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- **Valid UAE driving license is mandatory**.
- Fluency in **English (Arabic is a plus)**.
