We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team in UAE.
This role will focus on expanding our customer base, fostering new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth for our uniform manufacturing company.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the uniform manufacturing sector.
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activity.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that align with business goals.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company’s brand and products.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging opportunities to continually refine business strategies.
- Must be available anywhere in UAE.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the manufacturing or uniform industry.
- Strong understanding of the GCC market and local business practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to meet customer needs.
