Full-time, on-site Sales Business Development role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role develops new business, nurtures client relationships, and expands the company’s regional and international presence.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads, conduct market research, and prepare sales presentations.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to align client needs with service offerings.
- Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and support customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at client meetings, events, and industry forums.
Qualifications
- Relevant B2B sales experience, preferably in architecture, real estate, design, visualization, or related creative services.
- Strong analytical, market research, communication, customer service, lead generation, sales planning, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- CRM tools and basic MS Office proficiency; English fluency is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Design, or a related field is preferred; Arabic is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000–8,000 per month.
