We are now expanding our sales team and looking for a driven **Business Development Officer** who can connect with businesses and help them understand the power of digital marketing.
Role Overview
- As a Business Development Officer, your primary responsibility is to identify potential business clients, generate leads, and convert them into digital marketing service customers.
- You will be the first point of contact between our company and business owners who need digital growth solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential business clients (B2B)
- Promote digital marketing services such as:
• Branding & Design Services
- Website Development
• Media Production Services
- Generate leads through calls, messages, email, and networking
- Explain service benefits in a simple and business-focused manner
- Schedule meetings between prospects and internal team
- Follow up with leads consistently until closure
- Maintain a basic sales pipeline/report of activities
- Achieve monthly lead and conversion targets
Required Skills & Qualities
- Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic/Malayalam/Hindi is a plus)
- Confidence in talking to business owners and decision makers
- Basic understanding of business or marketing (training will be provided)
- Good persuasion and negotiation ability
- Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
