1. Business Development & Cold Calling

  • Conduct cold-calling activities using company-provided databases to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify and qualify property owners based on their investment objectives and preferred strategies, including Holiday Home Management, Annual Leasing, Monthly Rentals, and Property Sales.
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective property owners.
  • Present company services, management solutions, and marketing strategies to potential clients.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and convert leads into active clients and signed management agreements.

2. Owner Relations & Presentations

  • Follow up with interested property owners and convert inquiries into meetings and business opportunities.
  • Conduct professional presentations showcasing the company's holiday home management services, operational processes, and marketing capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners to ensure long-term cooperation and satisfaction.

3. Unit Management & Owner Support

  • Manage daily operations and communications for a portfolio of managed units.
  • Handle owner inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve owner-related concerns and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Monitor utility accounts and ensure all payments are processed on time.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth property operations.

4. Financial Reporting & Revenue Management

  • Review monthly owner income reports and verify booking revenues, expenses, and deductions.
  • Investigate and clarify any discrepancies or unverified charges.
  • Ensure financial records and reporting are accurate and transparent.

5. Occupancy & Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor occupancy levels, booking performance, and revenue generation across managed properties.
  • Recommend pricing strategies and operational improvements to maximize profitability and occupancy rates.
  • Analise performance trends and provide recommendations to enhance property returns.

6. Platform & Listing Coordination

  • Coordinate listing updates across holiday home platforms and booking channels.
  • Ensure property information, pricing, availability, and content are accurate and up to date.
  • Work closely with operations and marketing teams to optimize listing performance and visibility.

7. Interior Design & Furnishing Management

  • Develop furnishing concepts and interior styling plans for newly acquired unfurnished properties.
  • Prepare furniture and decoration requirements based on market standards and target guest profiles.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to complete furnishing and setup projects.
  • Ensure properties are fully furnished, decorated, and operational before going live on booking platforms.
