Role overview
This full-time, on-site role is based in Dubai and supports regional and international business development.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, generate and qualify leads, and conduct market research.
- Prepare sales presentations and work with design and production teams to align client needs with services.
- Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and support customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at client meetings, events, and industry forums.
- Develop client relationships and expand the company's presence in regional and international markets.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of business development experience in scale models or 3D visualization is required.
- Strong analytical, market research, communication, customer service, lead generation, sales planning, and negotiation abilities are required.
- Relevant B2B sales experience in architecture, real estate, design, visualization, or related creative services is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Design, or a related field is preferred.
- CRM tools and basic MS Office proficiency are required.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000–8,000 per month.
