Business Development / Marketing Manager (Cloud & IT Infrastructure)

About This Role

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development / Marketing Manager with a strong background in the UAE market, specializing in cloud service provision, local IT support, and IT infrastructure setup. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding presence across corporate and key industry verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in cloud services, managed services, and IT infrastructure solutions.
• Drive sales and marketing strategies to expand market share in the UAE and GCC region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders across multiple verticals.
• Lead end-to-end business development cycles, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and present tailored IT and cloud solutions to clients.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for cloud offerings, local support services, and infrastructure solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine business strategies.
• Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in business development and/or marketing within the IT industry.
• Strong exposure to the UAE market is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in selling cloud services, managed services, and IT infrastructure solutions.
• Strong network within corporate segments and various industry verticals.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and delivery teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience with IT infrastructure solutions, virtualization, and data center services.
• Strong understanding of UAE corporate procurement processes and regulations.
• Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
