Role Purpose
As a Business Development & Marketing Executive at Alkazim, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships and driving the firm's content and marketing presence.
You will play a dual role; supporting revenue growth across the firm's service lines while owning the day-to-day marketing function, including content creation, campaign management and social media.
This role is suited to a commercially driven professional with a genuine interest in marketing who can take ownership of both client engagement and brand visibility in a fast-paced, growing firm.
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets
- Generate leads through networking, outreach and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and client pitches
- Coordinate with internal teams to align client requirements with service offerings
- Track and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent conversion
- Attend meetings, networking events, and industry forums to promote the firm
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Contribute to achieving revenue targets and business development goals
Marketing
- Own and manage the firm's LinkedIn presence and other relevant social media channels
- Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with the firm's BD priorities and target sectors
- Create and publish content including regulatory updates, service explainers and thought leadership pieces
- Maintain and distribute firm credibility assets including accreditations, team profiles and case studies
- Coordinate with the SEO function to ensure content supports organic visibility goals
- Track campaign performance and report on marketing activity and outcomes
Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related role
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into clients
- Commercial mindset with an understanding of client needs and service delivery
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Based in the UAE with good knowledge of the local market
- Experience in professional services (audit, tax, consulting, or advisory) preferred
