Business Development Manager - Wound Closure, NSW

Responsibilities

• Accelerating business growth by driving adoption of the Wound Closure portfolio and delivering outstanding sales results across key accounts
• Cultivating trusted partnerships with surgeons, clinicians, and hospital stakeholders to create exceptional customer experiences and long-term loyalty
• Identifying and unlocking new opportunities through strategic account planning, deep customer insights, and tailored solutions that address evolving healthcare needs
• Collaborating with Marketing, Professional Education, and Commercial teams to deliver innovative customer programs that drive meaningful clinical and business outcomes
• Championing a culture of innovation and excellence by leading cross-functional initiatives, strengthening product expertise, and delivering value beyond the product
• About You
• Strong hospital sales experience, preferably from Cardiac or Orthopaedic medical devices, with proven ability to drive product adoption and commercial growth
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage Surgeons, Nurses, Procurement teams and other Healthcare Professionals
• Excellent communication, presentation and clinical education skills, with confidence delivering product training and in-service programs
• Ability to understand and communicate scientific, clinical and medical technology concepts effectively, with a strong focus on delivering solutions
• Strong collaborative nature to work as a team, self-starter with the ability to function independently as a field-based representative
