- Good understanding of electrical distribution systems and switchgear products.
- Ability to identify and pursue new market opportunities.
- Commercial awareness and customer-focused approach.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Strong follow-up and project-closing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in business development or sales within the electrical, switchgear, panel manufacturing, MEP, or construction industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and winning projects.
- Existing relationships within the UAE construction and electrical market preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Kpi Indicators
- Number of new client meetings per month.
- Number and value of RFQs generated.
- Value of quotations submitted.
- Value of projects awarded.
- New customer acquisition.
- Revenue generated and target achievement.
