About the Role
- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth for our Staffing and Recruitment business across the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our recruitment services portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for Permanent Recruitment, Contract Staffing and Recruitment Solutions across the Middle East.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new clients with hiring requirements across various industries.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of staffing and recruitment opportunities.
- Meet decision-makers, HR leaders, and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
- Promote staffing services including Permanent Hiring, Contract-to-Hire, Temporary Staffing, Project-Based Hiring, and RPO solutions.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations.
- Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing with prospective clients.
- Work closely with recruitment delivery teams to ensure timely closure of positions and client satisfaction.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage key client accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business and account expansion.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and hiring demands within the Middle East region.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development within Staffing, Recruitment, or HR Consulting.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and staffing services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with clients across the Middle East region is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
