The Role
We're looking for a
Business Development Manager β Sportswear
to lead our commercial growth across the UAE and regional markets.
You'll be the driving force behind new partnerships, wholesale accounts, and retail expansion, bringing the IAMFIGHTER brand to gyms, academies, sports retailers, and B2B clients across the region.
What You'Ll Do
- Identify and develop new B2B, wholesale, and retail partnership opportunities across the UAE and GCC.
- Build and manage relationships with gyms, martial arts academies, sports clubs, and retailers.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic account management and new client acquisition.
- Represent IAMFIGHTER at industry events, trade shows, and sports expos.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with brand activations.
- Negotiate and close deals with distributors, resellers, and corporate clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Report on pipeline, forecasts, and KPIs to senior leadership.
What We'Re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in sportswear, activewear.
- Strong existing network within the UAE sports, fitness, or retail industry is a big plus.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills.
- Self starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a fast-growing brand environment.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Based in Dubai.
