Business Development Manager (Social Media & Digital Marketing): Cosmetic Dermatology, Dental & Plas

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (Social Media & Digital Marketing) to drive patient acquisition and business growth for our Cosmetology, Dental, and Plastic Surgery Clinic.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads through social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations, and strategic business development initiatives.

Develop and execute marketing strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn.

Create and manage engaging content to promote clinic services and special offers.

Plan and optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate patient inquiries and bookings.

Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI through data-driven decisions.

Manage online reputation, reviews, and patient engagement.

Generate new patient leads and increase clinic revenue.

Develop partnerships with influencers, corporate clients, and local businesses.

Identify new market opportunities for cosmetic dermatology, dental, and plastic surgery services.

Coordinate promotional events, awareness campaigns, and marketing activations.

Track lead conversion from inquiry to consultation and treatment.

Follow up on social media inquiries and digital leads.

Work closely with reception and sales teams to maximize appointment conversions.

Maintain CRM records and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

3+ years of experience in digital marketing and business development.

Experience in aesthetic, cosmetic, dental, healthcare, or medical clinics is preferred.

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Arabic and English proficiency preferred.
