The Business Development Manager grows and strategically develops the center's educational offering and market presence.
The full-time role is based on site in Sharjah.
Business development responsibilities
- Identify new business and cooperation opportunities and analyze market and competitor data.
- Develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- Build and expand partnerships with schools, companies, and institutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and support development of new programs and services.
- Work closely with leadership and the educational team to achieve revenue and growth targets and strengthen the center's market positioning.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, sales, or marketing in education or a comparable services sector, including developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for building relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and conceptual abilities, including market and competitor analysis and identifying business opportunities.
- Organizational and project management skills for planning and delivering initiatives, campaigns, and partnership projects.
- Degree in business administration, marketing, education management, or a comparable field.
- Strong interest in education and intercultural sensitivity.
