Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Business Development Manager

to drive B2B sales for flooring solutions, with a strong focus on

Hand‑tufted & Axminster carpets

for Hospitality and Commercial projects.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in flooring/carpet sales in the UAE market.
  • Strong knowledge of Hand-tufted, Axminster, and Printed carpets.
  • Proven background in
  • Flooring solutions

(Hospitality & Commercial sectors)

  • Strong experience handling
  • B2B clients
  • Established connections with Interior designers, Fit-out contractors, Architects, Engineers, and Property Developers in the UAE market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead projects, meet targets, and deliver results under deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker, and team player.
  • **UAE Driving License**
  • is must.

Arabic

Responsibilities

· Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business in the

Hospitality and Commercial flooring sector

.

· Identify, target, and acquire

new B2B clients

including hotels, designers, consultants, contractors, and procurement teams.

· Manage the full sales cycle:

Lead generation, Client meetings, Product presentations, Quotations, Negotiations, and Closing

.

· Build strong relationships with key decision‑makers in the UAE market.

· Track ongoing projects, follow up on tenders, and ensure timely responses to client inquiries

· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and

contribute to company revenue growth.

· Represent the company at client meetings, site

visits, exhibitions, and industry events

.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client communication.

· Provide regular market feedback to management regarding

competitors, pricing, and new opportunities

.

Experience

  • B2B sales: 5 years in UAE (Required)
