We are a growing company specializing in commercial, corporate, and government fit-out projects across Saudi Arabia.
As part of our expansion strategy, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand our project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the commercial and government sectors.
- Achieve agreed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, developers, project managers, and key decision-makers across the industry.
- Monitor and manage government tenders through platforms such as Etimad, and oversee company registration and qualification processes on relevant procurement portals.
- Lead prequalification submissions and tender participation activities.
- Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and BOQs, coordinating with estimating and technical teams to prepare competitive proposals.
- Conduct commercial negotiations and manage the sales cycle through contract award and signing.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide weekly business development reports to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
& Experience
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in Business Development within the Fit-Out, Interior Construction, or General Contracting sector in Saudi Arabia.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully securing and delivering projects.
- Strong network of relationships with consultants, developers, government entities, and project stakeholders.
- Solid experience with Etimad and government procurement processes.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to review drawings using AutoCAD.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
