The Five Arms

Transformation offices, portfolio and project management at institutional scale, KPI architecture, change management, and board reporting.
B&P Capital.
Funding readiness, financial modeling and valuation, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, investor introductions, and deal structuring.
B&P Horizon.
Venture building, MVP and team formation, IP commercialization, and sovereign technology products in RegTech, FinTech, and DeepTech.
The Mandate
This role carries the marketing and commercial mandate of the platform.
It is responsible for advancing how Bisher & Partners is positioned, understood, and engaged across the Kingdom, and for converting that standing into measurable commercial growth.
The role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer, leads the established marketing and commercial team, and contributes personally to the work at the standard the platform requires.
Key Responsibilities
- Advance and defend the brand, sharpening differentiation against established competitors.
- Render the five-arm offering clear and compelling to senior institutional buyers.
- Lead marketing campaigns end to end, and contribute personally at the required standard.
- Direct the firm’s content, digital, and institutional presence.
- Build authority through thought leadership, earned media, and presence at the right conferences and forums.
- Develop strategic partnerships and alliances that extend the firm’s reach.
- Open new commercial channels in support of pipeline and revenue.
- Connect marketing to commercial outcomes and demonstrate the return to leadership.
- Lead and develop the marketing and commercial team.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of marketing or commercial leadership experience in B2B or professional services.
- Proven command of positioning complex, high-value services to senior buyers across long, relationship-led cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to build differentiation against larger, better-known firms.
- Hands-on execution capability, evidenced by work personally produced.
- Current fluency in marketing tools across CRM, automation, analytics, content, advertising, SEO, and ABM.
- Sound command of the channels that perform in high-value B2B marketing.
- Strong analytical and measurement discipline.
- Fluency in Saudi institutional culture and how decisions are made in the Kingdom.
- Based in Riyadh. Open to Saudi and non-Saudi Arab candidates.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
