Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly connected Business Development Manager to join our Riyadh office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing strategic client relationships, and securing projects across advertising, branding, signage, exhibitions, events, vehicle branding, and related services.
Candidates with an existing network of corporate, government, procurement, facility management, construction, real estate, retail, hospitality, and event industry contacts within Saudi Arabia will be given strong preference.
This role is ideal for a sales professional who can leverage existing relationships, open doors to new opportunities, and contribute immediately to business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, marketing departments, project managers, and government stakeholders.
- Identify client requirements and propose suitable advertising, branding, signage, exhibition, and event solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and tender submissions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and consistently convert opportunities into revenue.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
- Coordinate with internal design, production, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking functions, and client meetings.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.

Priority Requirements
**Existing network of corporate, government, procurement, facility management, construction, hospitality, retail, or event industry contacts within Saudi Arabia.
**Proven ability to generate business through personal relationships, referrals, and direct client engagement.
**Experience selling advertising, signage, branding, printing, exhibitions, events, fit-out, media, or related B2B services.
**Strong track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value projects.
