As we continue to expand across the region, we're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help accelerate our growth and build strong relationships with leading brands and enterprises.

Role Description

This is a full-time role focused on driving business growth across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, managing client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and closing new business.

You will work closely with leadership, product, and marketing teams to develop strategic partnerships, expand market presence, and help shape Nexora's growth strategy.

The role offers the opportunity to work directly with decision-makers and contribute significantly to the company's expansion.

Qualifications

  • Develop and execute business development strategies across the GCC region.
  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations.
  • Prepare proposals, commercial agreements, and sales documentation.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to support customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Identify strategic partnerships and new revenue opportunities.
  • Represent Nexora at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and business growth objectives.
  • Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to leadership.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–6 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or B2B SaaS Sales.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian and GCC business landscape.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing complex deals.
  • Experience selling SaaS, CRM, Marketing Automation, Martech, or Enterprise Software solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong business network across Saudi Arabia and the GCC is highly preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
