About The Role
Dwelleo is looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager
to lead the identification, development, and management of strategic partnerships that support long-term growth.
This role is a key part of our commercial expansion strategy, focusing on building strong relationships with developers, brokerage agencies, and other real estate stakeholders to secure high-value collaborations and listings.
Business Development Strategy
- Develop and execute business development plans aligned with quarterly and annual growth objectives
- Define KPIs, forecast opportunities, and support budgeting and planning activities
Strategic Partnerships
- Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with key real estate developers and brokerage agencies
- Secure exclusive listings and strategic collaborations to expand business volume
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders
- Strengthen partner engagement to ensure retention and continuous growth
Deal Negotiation & Execution
- Lead negotiations for large-scale partnership agreements (e.g., developer collaborations, exclusive mandates)
- Convert strategic opportunities into long-term, revenue-generating partnerships
Market Intelligence
- Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
- Provide insights and recommendations to support commercial decision-making
Growth Contribution
- Support overall business growth through acquisition of high-value partnerships
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new partners and projects
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing and Customer Experience teams to ensure effective partner onboarding and ongoing relationship success
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Relationship Management
- Strong experience in the real estate sector (preferred)
- Proven track record in the Saudi real estate market
- Established network within the Saudi real estate industry
- Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly motivated, strategic thinker with strong relationship-building ability
