Delta seeks a Business Development Manager focused on PV inverters and energy-transition opportunities.
The role leads growth initiatives, develops expansion strategies, and builds commercial relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new opportunities and establish a route from first conversation to commercial result.
- Meet prospects and partners, understand their technical and commercial needs, and develop credible value propositions.
- Prepare and present tailored business cases, commercial models, and proposals.
- Monitor market signals, competitor activity, and customer feedback to improve go-to-market plans.
- Develop trusted relationships across customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Track agreed milestones and commercial indicators and communicate progress.
Qualifications
- At least 3 to 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
- Background or familiarity with PV, PCS, BESS, or related electrical and energy technologies.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory; additional languages are an asset.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- The role calls for initiative, growth focus, structured analysis, active listening, and strategic commercial thinking.
