Job Purpose

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and

securing new business opportunities for Secure Parking across the UAE.

The role will

focus on expanding the company's parking management portfolio by acquiring new

clients, developing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and maintaining

strong relationships with key stakeholders across commercial, retail, hospitality,

residential, healthcare, education, and government sectors.

Business Development & Sales

 Identify and pursue new business opportunities for parking management, valet

parking, parking technology solutions, and mobility services.

 Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve annual

revenue and growth targets.

 Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through market research, networking,

referrals, and direct client engagement.

 Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and

commercial offers.

 Lead contract negotiations and secure profitable agreements with clients.

Client Relationship Management

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with property developers, asset

managers, consultants, government authorities, facility management companies,

and key decision-makers.

 Act as the primary point of contact during the business acquisition process.

 Ensure a seamless handover of newly secured projects to the operations team.

 Maintain regular engagement with existing clients to identify opportunities for

contract expansion and additional services.

Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning

 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within

the parking and mobility sector.

 Conduct feasibility studies and business case evaluations for prospective

projects.

 Identify opportunities to introduce innovative parking technologies and value-

added services.

 Provide management with regular updates on market developments and

business opportunities.

Tender Management

 Review tender documents, RFPs, and RFQs.

 Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prepare technical and commercial

proposals.

 Ensure timely submission of tender responses and compliance with client

requirements.

 Participate in tender presentations and clarification meetings.

Financial & Commercial Management

 Develop pricing strategies and financial models to ensure profitability.

 Prepare revenue forecasts and business development reports.

 Monitor project margins and support commercial decision-making.

 Achieve agreed sales and profitability targets.

Stakeholder Management

 Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, HR, Procurement, and Legal

teams to support business growth initiatives.

 Represent Secure Parking at industry events, exhibitions, networking forums,

and business meetings.

 Build relationships with key government and regulatory authorities where

required.

Key Performance Indicators (Kpis)

 New business revenue generated.

 Number and value of contracts secured.

 Conversion rate of opportunities to awarded projects.

 Pipeline value and growth.

 Client retention and expansion opportunities.

 Tender success rate.

 Profitability of acquired contracts.

Qualifications & Skills

 Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management,

Engineering, or a related discipline.

 Minimum 5–8 years of business development, sales, or commercial experience

in parking management, facility management, real estate, mobility solutions,

hospitality, or related industries.

 Proven track record of securing high-value contracts and achieving revenue

targets.

 Strong understanding of the UAE market and business environment.

 Existing network within real estate, property management, hospitality, retail, and

government sectors will be an advantage.
