Experience
- Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical field sales experience, including at least 2 years in an oncology, biologics or specialty care portfolio.
- Core Skills
- Strong understanding of complex oncology and immunology pathways relevant to the assigned portfolio. • Effective consultative communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. • Ability to navigate hospital procurement processes and pharmacy formulary listings.
- Personal Attributes
- Demonstrates resilience, analytical thinking, ethical judgement and self-motivation in managing the assigned territory.

- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Life Sciences (B.Sc) or Biotechnology. • Additional qualifications such as M.Pharm, Pharm.D or an MBA in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Management are preferred.
