Responsibilities
- Drive territory sales revenue and growth and increase BD's category share in the target market.
- Build internal and external relationships and develop key opinion leaders, local societies, and partners.
- Lead account segmentation, targeting, demand generation, and other strategic market-share activities.
- Implement market-development initiatives and new product launches.
- Train distributors and build their product knowledge.
- Provide awareness and technical support to healthcare professionals.
- Position, detail, and evaluate products to implement product strategy.
- Use BD tools including SFDC to support sales effectiveness.
- Monitor competitor strategies, products, and pricing.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a medical or healthcare discipline is required.
- Two to three years of medical-device sales experience is highly preferred; key account management experience is a plus.
- Leadership, business management, relationship-building, self-motivation, and interpersonal skills are sought.
