About This Role
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Male** **Business Development Manager** to drive growth in our **Parking** **Car Wash Business***.* The ideal candidate must have long-term experience in related field, with strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for parking car wash operations across malls, commercial buildings, residential communities, and corporate locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property management companies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential locations, competitors, and industry trends.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals to achieve company sales targets and expansion goals.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service implementation at new locations.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and regular business reports.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role in the car wash, parking management, automotive service, or facility management industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- **Valid UAE Driving License** is mandatory.
- Ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, and close deals independently.
- Strong network with malls, residential communities, commercial properties, hotels, and property management companies in the UAE.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working under pressure.
