Role Description
- ️ Generate and close high value luxury hospitality & residential deals
- ️ Build a strong and consistent project pipeline
- ️ Lead proposals, pitches & contract negotiations
- ️ Represent our brand at top industry events & exhibitions
- ️ Deliver market insights and regular sales reports
- ️ Grow and mentor a BD team as the division scales
Qualifications
- ️ 7–10+ years of Business Development experience in luxury design,
- fitout
- , and interiors, with an exclusive focus on
- high end
- hospitality and luxury residential projects.
- ️ Strong existing network in the UAE or
- KSA (is strong advantage)
- luxury segment
- ️ Deep knowledge of the UAE, KSA (is strong advantage)
- high end
- residential market
- ️ Consultative & solution-based sales approach
- ️ Polished communication style for high end clientele
- ️ Entrepreneurial mindset you build, not just manage
- ️ English fluent, Arabic is a strong advantage
