About The Role
Onelink Rentals is seeking an ambitious, commercially driven, and results-oriented Business Development Manager to accelerate the growth of our luxury car rental business.
This role is ideal for a business development professional with a proven track record of generating new business, building strategic partnerships, and developing long-term client relationships within the UAE luxury car rental or automotive industry.
The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our corporate client portfolio, strengthening strategic partnerships, increasing brand visibility, and driving sustainable revenue growth while representing one of Dubai's premium luxury car rental brands.
As part of the Onelink Group, you will join a diversified business group comprising Onelink Rentals, Onelink Real Estate, Onelink Corporate Services, Onelink Marketing Management and Onelink Vacation Homes, offering a dynamic business environment with extensive networking opportunities, cross-business collaboration, and long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve ambitious revenue growth targets.
- Identify, secure, and grow new corporate accounts, strategic partnerships, and referral channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, VIP customers, hotels, concierge companies, event organizers, luxury brands, and strategic business partners.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, client engagement, and market intelligence.
- Develop long-term relationships with key accounts to maximize client retention and repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to strengthen brand awareness and generate quality business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to identify new commercial opportunities.
- Represent Onelink Rentals at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly business development targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Minimum
- 3–5 years
- of Business Development, Sales, or Account Management experience within the UAE luxury car rental or automotive industry.
- Demonstrated success in generating new business, developing strategic partnerships, and consistently achieving sales targets.
- Strong commercial awareness with an entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset.
- Established professional network within the UAE luxury car rental or automotive sector will be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Professional appearance with a customer-centric approach.
- UAE driving licence is preferred.

- 15,000 – 20,000
