Role Description

  • This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
  • The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain client relationships, and expand Evermark Global’s presence across key sectors such as international trade, food and beverages, supply chain and logistics, and fashion apparel.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating commercial terms, and managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
  • The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and sister companies to design tailored solutions, ensure smooth project execution, and achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • The Business Development Manager will also monitor market trends, participate in industry events, and provide strategic input to support long-term business planning.
  • Qualifications(Must be from a freight industry)
  • Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, relationship management, and deal negotiation.
  • Experience in market research and strategic planning, with the ability to analyze data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels and across cultures.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver against targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; familiarity with digital collaboration platforms is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
