Business Development Manager – Cleaning & Service Robotics
Location
Riyadh preferred; open to discussion based on candidate profile and market coverage.
We are looking for an Arabic-speaking Business Development Manager to grow our cleaning & service robotics business in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business with FM companies, cleaning contractors, shopping malls, hotels, hospitals, and other strategic accounts.
- Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers in cleaning, facility management, housekeeping, operations, and procurement.
- Conduct customer visits, site surveys, product presentations, POC projects.
- Work with partners to develop opportunities and close projects.
- Prepare quotations, solution proposals, ROI comparisons, and sales reports.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Fluent Arabic and English.
- Strong existing network in cleaning, FM, hygiene, commercial cleaning equipment, or related industries.
- Experience with companies such as cleaning contractors, FM providers, equipment distributors, or hygiene solution providers is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to open new accounts, arrange meetings with decision-makers, and close project-based sales.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel across the Kingdom.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in commercial cleaning equipment, hygiene solutions, facility management, cleaning contractors, or related distribution channels will be preferred.
Existing relationships with key decision-makers in the Saudi cleaning and FM market will be an advantage.
