Business Development Manager(IT)

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities in IT solutions/services sales or e-invoicing.
• Build relationships with decision-makers across enterprises, SMEs, and technology startups.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, RFPs, and pitch decks.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation, closing, and account handover.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs; maintain a CRM pipeline and report progress.
• Track UAE-market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to execute client requirements.

Requirements

• At least four years of business development experience in IT solutions/services sales or e-invoicing.
• Strong UAE market network and understanding of local business culture.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.

Pay

• AED 10,000–15,000 per month.

• Work is in person.
