Lead growth and client acquisition initiatives across the MENA region, with a focus on IT services and custom software development sales.
The role calls for a consultative sales approach, high accountability, and a proven ability to generate more than USD 1 million in annual receivables.
Key responsibilities
- Research markets and identify, qualify, and prioritize opportunities across UAE, KSA, Qatar, Egypt, and other MENA territories.
- Develop and execute regional go-to-market plans aligned with organizational strategy.
- Engage C-level stakeholders in public and private sectors with tailored software solutions.
- Own prospecting, needs assessment, proposal creation, pricing, negotiation, and closing.
- Account for local norms, localization, regulatory nuances, and proposal submission formats.
- Maintain a predictable pipeline and accurate forecasts using CRM systems.
- Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Coordinate with delivery, operations, and client success teams for project initiation and handovers.
Candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- At least 8 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in software services sales.
- Proven consultative or solution-based selling experience across MENA markets.
- Arabic proficiency or working knowledge is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel across the region 30–40% of the time.
- Strong understanding of client buying behavior in GCC and North Africa.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation
- Pay is up to AED 60,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person; the role involves regional travel.
