About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly connected and results-driven

Business Development Manager

to generate and secure interior fit-out projects across commercial, retail, hospitality, F&B, and residential sectors within the UAE.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with an established network of consultants, developers, project managers, property owners, and decision-makers who are confident in generating business and earning attractive commissions based on successfully awarded projects.

, where compensation is directly linked to project acquisition and revenue generation.

🎯 Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and secure new interior fit-out project opportunities across the UAE
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, client meetings, and industry contacts
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Develop relationships with consultants, developers, landlords, and procurement teams

🀝 Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Present company capabilities, portfolio, and service offerings
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams

πŸ“‘ Tender & Proposal Management

  • Coordinate with estimation and technical teams for proposal preparation
  • Support pre-qualification and tender submission activities
  • Participate in commercial negotiations and contract finalization
  • Ensure timely follow-up on quotations and submitted proposals

  • Achieve project acquisition targets and revenue objectives
  • Develop sales strategies aligned with company growth plans
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and industry trends
  • Contribute to business expansion initiatives

Requirements

βœ… Minimum 5 years of UAE Interior Fit-Out business development experience

βœ… Proven track record of securing commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential fit-out projects

βœ… Strong network of consultants, developers, project managers, and decision-makers

βœ… Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

βœ… Strong understanding of UAE fit-out market dynamics

βœ… Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset

βœ… UAE Driving License preferred
