About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly connected and results-driven
Business Development Manager
to generate and secure interior fit-out projects across commercial, retail, hospitality, F&B, and residential sectors within the UAE.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with an established network of consultants, developers, project managers, property owners, and decision-makers who are confident in generating business and earning attractive commissions based on successfully awarded projects.

, where compensation is directly linked to project acquisition and revenue generation.
π― Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and secure new interior fit-out project opportunities across the UAE
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, client meetings, and industry contacts
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Develop relationships with consultants, developers, landlords, and procurement teams
π€ Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Present company capabilities, portfolio, and service offerings
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
π Tender & Proposal Management
- Coordinate with estimation and technical teams for proposal preparation
- Support pre-qualification and tender submission activities
- Participate in commercial negotiations and contract finalization
- Ensure timely follow-up on quotations and submitted proposals
- π Revenue Growth
- Achieve project acquisition targets and revenue objectives
- Develop sales strategies aligned with company growth plans
- Identify emerging market opportunities and industry trends
- Contribute to business expansion initiatives
Requirements
β Minimum 5 years of UAE Interior Fit-Out business development experience
β Proven track record of securing commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential fit-out projects
β Strong network of consultants, developers, project managers, and decision-makers
β Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
β Strong understanding of UAE fit-out market dynamics
β Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
β UAE Driving License preferred
