Role overview

Responsibilities

• Generate opportunities and build relationships with consultants, architects, designers, project management companies, developers, and corporate clients.
• Secure projects through networking, cold calling, meetings, and presentations.
• Coordinate technical and commercial proposals with estimation and design teams.
• Negotiate contracts, close profitable deals, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain the sales pipeline and submit progress reports.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings.
• Coordinate project handovers and support client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years of UAE business development experience in interior fit-out, joinery, construction, or turnkey work.
• Strong UAE network and proven record of winning fit-out projects and meeting sales targets.
• Experience with tendering, prequalification, and BOQ/RFP opportunities.
• Knowledge of fit-out processes, contracts, and the project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Microsoft Office and CRM software proficiency is an advantage.

Compensation and benefits

• Pay is AED 8,000–10,000 per month, based on experience.
