The Business Development Manager – Interior Design & FF&E is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across the residential, hospitality, commercial, and luxury sectors.
The role focuses on building and maintaining strategic relationships with developers, consultants, architects, project managers, hotel operators, and key decision-makers to generate a strong pipeline of projects and support the company’s long-term growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities in the interior design, fit-out, and FF&E sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, architects, project managers, hotel operators, and key decision-makers.
- Monitor upcoming projects, tenders, and market opportunities.
- Arrange meetings and presentations to introduce the company’s services and capabilities.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the design, sales, and project teams during proposal and tender stages.
- Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and provide regular progress reports.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
- Support negotiations and commercial discussions with potential clients and partners.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in business development within interior design, fit-out, FF&E, luxury retail, hospitality, or construction sectors.
- Proven track record in identifying, pursuing, and securing high-value projects.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi market and project procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- An established network of relationships with developers, consultants, architects, hospitality operators, project management firms, royal projects, and high-end residential clients within Saudi Arabia.
- Existing relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across the construction, hospitality, and luxury residential sectors.
