Business Development Manager
to lead our growth initiatives in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
As one of the region's leading marketing and influencer agencies, iShout Media partners with global and regional brands to deliver integrated marketing solutions across influencer marketing, content production, and AI-powered marketing services.
We are looking for a high-performing sales professional with a strong network within the Saudi marketing ecosystem and a proven ability to develop strategic client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Riyadh for a Business Development Manager.
The individual will be responsible for identifying and cultivating business opportunities, forging new partnerships, maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to drive company growth.
Day-to-day tasks include market research, identifying potential clients, preparing sales pitches, negotiating proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs and enhance business outcomes.
Additional responsibilities include generating leads, analyzing market trends, and ensuring alignment of initiatives with the company's strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in business development, including identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and managing client relationships
- Strategic thinking with skills in market research, trend analysis, and competitor evaluation
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Experience in sales planning, proposal development, and managing sales pipelines
- Understanding of marketing principles and their application in driving business growth
- Proficiency with CRM tools and business software
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and adapt to diverse business environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
- Prior experience in business development or sales-related roles within the tech or marketing industry is a plus
