We are looking for an experienced

Business Development Manager

to support the growth of our HSE consulting services in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, an established network within the oil & gas, EPC, infrastructure, and industrial sectors, and a proven ability to secure consulting projects with major clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for HSE consulting services, including Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRA), HAZOP/HAZID studies, and related technical services.
  • Leverage and expand existing relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, and technical stakeholders across Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SATORP, other oil & gas operators, EPC contractors, engineering consultants, and major infrastructure developers such as Diriyah, Qiddiya, and similar projects.
  • Lead client registration, vendor approval, and prequalification processes with major clients until successful completion.
  • Manage the end-to-end proposal and tendering process, including preparing strong technical-commercial proposals, coordinating with internal technical teams, managing client clarifications, and supporting contract negotiations through to successful award.
  • Conduct continuous market intelligence on upcoming projects, competitor activity, procurement channels, and tender platforms such as SAP Ariba, Etimad, and other relevant systems.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, forums, and client meetings across KSA to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.
  • Achieve annual revenue, business growth, and new client acquisition targets in line with the company’s growth strategy.
  • Maintain strong client relationships after award, support project kick-off activities, gather client feedback, and identify opportunities for repeat business and service expansion.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical, Mechanical, Safety, Environmental, or Petroleum Engineering, Environmental Science, or Business Administration.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or key account management within HSE consulting, environmental services, process safety, or engineering consultancy in Saudi Arabia.

Network & Market Knowledge

Strong existing relationships with major clients such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SATORP, leading EPC contractors, and major infrastructure project companies including Diriyah Gate, Qiddiya, or equivalent.

A proven and verifiable track record of securing consulting contracts is essential.

Experience in vendor registration, client prequalification, and approval processes with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, other oil & gas operators, and key infrastructure clients is highly preferred.

Language Skills

  • Native or professional-level fluency in Arabic, both written and spoken, with an excellent command of English.
